Farm life this week...

Cool mornings remind us fall is near. The cows are finishing their summer rotations, pigs are rooting under the oak trees, and the kids are back into home school routines. Like many of you, we are leaning on quick, hearty meals to get us through busy days—made easier when the freezer is stocked with good food.

***We also welcomed Luke, our new rescue horse! He’s a 10-year-old Morgan who will be used for both riding and farm work— once hes backl to full health ofc ourse. He'll be helping with chores like pulling logs from the woods and moving chicken tractors across pasture. He’s already settling in well and putting on weight.
