When you order a whole hog, you get to choose your own custom cut sheet—from how thick your chops are to whether you’d like roasts, ribs, sausage, or more ground pork. The result is pork that is naturally flavorful, richly marbled, and higher in omega-3s and key nutrients compared to conventionally raised pork. Processing is included in the price, with no hidden fees or separate bills. |
