When you purchase a whole beef, you gain the benefit of custom cuts, allowing you to tailor your order to suit your family’s needs. Typical cuts include:

• Steaks: Ribeye, T-bone, New York strip, sirloin, filet mignon

• Roasts: Chuck roast, rump roast, sirloin tip roast

• Ground beef: Perfect for burgers, tacos, and meatloaf

• Specialty Cuts & Extras: Short ribs, brisket, stew meat, soup bones, organ meats (liver, heart, tongue) if desired

 

Freezer space needed for a whole cow would be around 16-20 cubic feet

A whole beef typically yields around 400-500 lbs of finished meat, depending on the live weight and cutting specifications''''''.

Price is based off of hanging weight of steer plus processing fees.
