Our half beef option is the perfect way to stock your freezer with a full side of beef.. You’ll work directly with the butcher to complete a custom cut sheet, so you get the exact mix of steaks, roasts, and ground beef that fits your family’s cooking style.

Like all our beef, this is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. Our cattle are rotated daily across lush pastures, building soil health, sequestering carbon, and producing beef that’s naturally healthier — with higher levels of omega-3s, CLA, and vitamins compared to grain-fed beef.
