Description | Price for a Quarter beef is $5.50/lb Our grass-fed beef is perfect for families or individuals who want the benefits of premium, naturally raised beef without needing to purchase a whole animal. Raised humanely on open pastures, our cattle are fed a 100% grass diet, free of grains, hormones, and antibiotics. This produces lean, flavorful, and nutrient-dense meat that’s rich in Omega-3s, vitamins, and minerals.
When you purchase a quarter beef, you receive approximately 100-125 lbs of finished meat, depending on the live weight and your custom cutting preferences.
Customizable Cuts Include:
• Steaks: Ribeye, T-bone, New York strip, sirloin, and filet mignon • Roasts: Chuck roast, rump roast, and sirloin tip roast • Ground Beef: Typically 30-50% of the total yield • Specialty Cuts: Brisket, stew meat, short ribs, soup bones • Optional Extras: Organ meats (liver, heart, tongue) and fat for rendering
How It Works: 1. Processing: Your order is custom-cut to your specifications. Choose steak thickness, roast sizes, and ground beef packaging to suit your needs. 2. Convenience: a quarter beef typically requires 3-5 cubic feet of freezer space.
