A quarter beef is the perfect way to bring home our premium grass-fed beef without needing a large freezer. You’ll receive a balanced mix of steaks, roasts, and ground beef — and you’ll work directly with the butcher on a custom cut sheet so everything is packaged exactly how your family likes it.

Our beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, raised on pasture with no corn and no soy ever. Through frequent rotational grazing, our cattle rebuild soil health, naturally fertilize the land, and produce beef that’s more flavorful, more nutrient-dense, and healthier for your family than conventional grain-fed beef.
