Our half hog option is perfect for families who want to stock their freezer with high-quality pork they can trust. Each hog is pasture- and forest-raised, humanely grown without corn, soy, antibiotics, or added hormones, resulting in richly flavored, nutrient-dense pork.

 

A half hog typically yields ~70–90 lbs of take-home meat, depending on the animal and your chosen cut options. You’ll receive a well-balanced assortment of popular cuts, which may include:

 

  • Pork chops
  • Bacon
  • Ground pork
  • Sausage (plain or seasoned)
  • Ham roasts or steaks
  • Pork shoulder (Boston butt)
  • Ribs
  • Tenderloin

 

 

All pork is professionally processed, vacuum-sealed, and labeled for easy freezer storage. Customers can customize cut thickness and sausage flavors through the processor.
